James Tandi Collection

Maasai Adults and Children

Just a small selection of the incredible range of authentic Children and Adults of the Maasai as well as bronze sculptures
by Caspar Darare currently on show in their magnificent Adderley street showroom!

It is said that 'great age brings great wisdom' - with over a century of experience behind them, Kottlers of Cape Town provides only the best crafted African Bronzed Sculpture Artworks by avoiding the pitfalls and mistakes that many other African sculpture suppliers have made in the past.

James Tandi's sculptures are world renowned.

His sculptures feature creative interpretations of the various cultures and people of Africa which he skilfully translates into magnificent bronze sculptured heads and busts.

Every LIMITED bronze piece in the James Thandi Collection is certified, individually numbered and comes accompanied by a biography as well as a short summary that describes the tribe that the bronzed sculptured piece is crafted to represent.

Just like Caspar Darare's sculptured artworks, James Thandi's sculptures are created using a combination of brass, copper, nickel and bronze by using the 'lost wax' process.

James Thandi manages to create a beautiful finished African sculptured product that interprets the proud traditions of Africa in an unusual form that still appeals to the western sense of art at its finest.

Current delivery methods for Bronze Sculptures by James Thandi used by Kottlers of Cape Town include AirFreight, SeaMail and FedEx Door-To-Door Courier services.

No matter which preferred method of delivery is chosen, your Bronze Sculpture purchase is then internationally tracked by Kottlers of Cape Town until you receive it.
