Our founder, Lewis Kottler opened Kottlers Curio Company in 1896.
Our company, which trades as L. Kottler(PTY) Limited, is still in the original family. Ralph Rosen is the CEO and the grandson of the founder.

Kottlers is also one of the original founder members of the Cape Town Chamber of Commerce and Industry - an institution that is still supported even today by Kottlers.
